No further insurance selections can be made to your 2015-2016 plan year coverage, unless you experience a qualified status change during the year. You must contact the Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) within 31 days of the qualified status event.
Insurance premiums applicable to the elections made during Annual Enrollment will be applied on your October paycheck.
