Tracking and Monitoring

As a result of the institution’s commitment to comply with all applicable laws, policies, rules, regulations and procedures, the university developed tracking and monitoring systems. These systems ensure that the university’s compliance is thorough and mitigates the risks of legal and policy violations. HR audits its high-risk areas to ensure that these tracking and monitoring systems are providing the necessary assurance for thorough compliance.

You're required to have a number of compliance posters on display somewhere in your workplace, such as the employee break room. If you don’t see these postings anywhere in your office suite or workspace, you can download and print the posters you need on the Required Posters page.
