Service Alert: E-Verify and Other Services Unavailable
E-Verify is temporarily unavailable due to a lapse in DHS appropriations and statutory authority. Employers must still complete and retain Form I-9s as usual. Employees cannot resolve Tentative Nonconfirmations (including SSA-related mismatches) until E-Verify resumes.
Other services, such as Public Student Loan Forgiveness, may also be delayed. We’re actively monitoring for updates.
