This class was a 1-credit-hour course that was designed to be a gentle introduction to Artificial Intelligence. The main requirements from the students were to do the readings, attend the video lectures, and complete in-class quizzes on the readings and lectures. They also were asked to complete weekly written reflections on the reading and lecture. Grades were based mainly on attendance, the quizzes, and completing the reflections.

The set of fourteen lectures on fundamental concepts for AI literacy, as well as the ethical and societal implications of AI technologies, were given by faculty from across the university. Recordings of these lectures are now available for you enjoy and learn from at any time. Only your curiosity and willingness to explore are needed – no prior technical knowledge required.
