This online webinar will examine how elections have mattered in the past and what we should expect from the 2024 election. The material presented will be non-partisan and focused on leadership: how do elections affect the practice of leadership? We will analyze where candidates change policies, and where they don’t.

Jeremi Suri is the Mack Brown Distinguished Professor for Global Leadership, History and Public Policy at The University of Texas. Professor Suri teaches in both the Master's program and the Professional Training program for Human Dimensions of Organizations. He the author of multiple books on politics and leadership, writes frequently for The New York Times, Washington Post, WSJ and Time. He also hosts the popular weekly podcast, "This is Democracy."
