February: "Leading through times of change" presented by Traci Callandrillo on February 10, 2025 from noon to 1:30 p.m. Join Dr. Traci Callandrillo, licensed psychologist and leadership coach, on February 10th, 12:00-1:30 for this interactive 90-minute session. Change—whether planned or unexpected—can unsettle even the most experienced professionals. This session offers practical tools to help you stay steady, communicate clearly, and remain connected to what matters most during times of transition.
Through a blend of reflection, discussion, and actionable strategies, you’ll explore how to:
• Maintain balance and perspective when navigating uncertainty
• Communicate in ways that support trust and stability across teams and roles
• Align your work and responses with your values to stay grounded through change
Drawing on her experience in leadership development and psychology, Dr. Callandrillo will help participants at all levels strengthen their ability to adapt thoughtfully and lead with clarity, even when they’re not the ones setting the direction.
