Cultivating Sweetness and Ease During the Fast Pace of Fall.

Fall at a university is a time of growth and learning. The fall semester can also be intense in its pacing. To balance that intensity, we can find ways to connect with sweetness and joy while balancing the effort of the semester with ease.

This 60-minute IN PERSON mindfulness workshop includes a gentle hatha yoga practice appropriate for all levels and ability, breathwork, and guided visualization. We will include elements of play and joyfulness throughout this practice.

The practice will be facilitated by Jamie Justus, LCSW-S (she/her), one of the counselors at the Employee Assistance Program. Jamie is trained as a Hatha yoga instructor.
