You must complete a timesheet at the end of each week. You will be paid semi-monthly. Please see pay schedule below for payday dates and timesheet due dates.
Timesheet
You are responsible for ensuring that your timesheets are submitted no later than the date specified in the table below. Timesheets arriving after the due date cannot be processed until the next payroll.
Access your electronic hourly timesheet at:
https://www.workday.utexas.edu/
- You will be required to log in using your UTEID/Password.
- Click the View All Apps, then click the Time Worklet.
- Select the specific week (the start of the week is from Monday to Sunday).
- Enter hours worked and absences.
- Click on Review and then click on Submit at the end of the week and the end of each pay period.
