As we wind down the semester and start our summer plans we can begin to embrace much rest and self-compassion. Join us for 1 hour of welcoming mindful self-compassion into our day. Come learn about what is self-compassion, misgivings, experiential practice and begin to incorporate it into our lives. Presented by Paulina Trujillo Perez and Dr. Ashley Kuchar.
