Conflict can be a challenging workplace dynamic, even for experienced leaders. This course covers best practice approaches and effective skills for conflict management. This course includes additional time for interactive discussion and small group work to practice conflict resolution skills.
This is one of 3 foundational courses offered by Conflict Management Dispute Resolution. Only take one foundational course, depending on your role. If you are an HR partner and do employee relationship work, take HR Essentials: Conflict and Communication. If you are a supervisor, take Leadership Skills in Conflict Management. All other staff and faculty should take Successfully Navigating Conflict.
