This presentation covers specific pitfalls that prevent conflict resolution, alternative skills to successfully navigate conflict, and a framework for effectively approaching conflict in the workplace. This includes time for interactive discussion and small group work to practice conflict resolution skills.

If you are an HR partner and do employee relationship work, take HR Essentials: Conflict and Communication. If you are a supervisor, take Leadership Skills in Conflict Management. All other staff and faculty should take Successfully Navigating Conflict.
