The Staff Tuition Assistance Program (STAP), formerly known as the Staff Educational Benefit (SEB), covers the cost of tuition for courses found in the University of Texas at Austin official course schedule and is available for use in the fall, spring and summer.

To help cover that cost the University of Texas Staff Council in partnership with The President’s Office has created a grant program. This grant program may not be used for skills training.
