Participants will learn how to offer a sincere apology, recognize when one is needed, and navigate the process of accepting or declining an apology with grace.

This Conflict Management Dispute Resolution training focuses on being intentional in your relationship with your supervisor and your colleagues, as well as purposefully developing your own growth and career path.
